In fact, I grew up in a very un-tidy home and was never taught how to maintain order. When I became a wife, mother, and professional in Tallahassee, I found myself doing what so many of my clients do—cleaning constantly and still feeling overwhelmed.
After years of research, experimentation, and frustration, I discovered something simple and transformative:
I didn’t need better systems. I needed less to manage.
By reducing excess and maintaining an inventory threshold I could comfortably handle, my home became perpetually calm, clean, and light. Even at its messiest, it is never more than 20 minutes away from tidy.
That shift changed everything.
